I don't understand how to put Amazon items on my page. also do you have a store or did you pick item
first, you have to make sure you've signed up to be an Amazon affiliate. after you have done this, you will receive a code.
In edit mode, you click on the amazon capsule and open it up to place your products. you can either choose each item yourself by going to amazon.com and clicking on an item and copying and pasting the URL into the box. OR you can let amazon choose products based on keywords and tags in your text. hope this helps.
I just wrote a hub about this very topic! Check it out. I made it very step by step from getting a Amazon Affiliate ID to selecting what items you want on your page.

You have to make sure first that you have signed up for Amazon Affiliate.
To put amazon ads in your hub see on the right side of your hub in the top.
Than click on amazon and an amazon capsule will added to your hub..!
