must articles be totally new or can I use articles previously published elsewhere?
I refer to original articles 100% written by me.
I assume you're talking about hubpages.
You can use content, created by you, even if it's already been published.
However, if you've published it a lot (like on 20 sites already), it may flag your hub as duplicate content. If it's only like 2-5 sites, it won't flag it.
10DollarMark's advice is incorrect.
If you publish material that you've published anywhere else on the internet, even just once, HubPages will rank down the Hub you've created here as the material is not original.
If you don't mind your HubScore being lower, you can reuse material, however, to get the best performance from your Hubs, you will want to write entirely new content for your Hubs.

Are we allowed to republish our articles elsewhere and keep the original hubs here in the mean time?

Do you include a copyright notice in your articles? Why or why not?I never do this, but I see that a lot of folks on here do. Just wondering what the opinions are out there.

I just had an idea to maximize traffic for myself and my articles. One I reach anywhere between 50 and 100 hubs, I would remove all of my less successful hubs, transfer them to another website, and either publish all of them at once or publish a bunch and add the remaining ones over a period...

Part of the Terms for Hubpages states something along the lines of "all content must be previously unpublished and original"I have two quick questions:1. Does that mean that if I have a post published on Gather.com, that I cannot put in on here too?2. If I post a poem of mine on Hubpages,...
