Okay, so how do you folks get all those fans?
I'm curious if you go out there and ask for your fans or is there something that specifically attracts them to you?
No, going out and asking for fans tends to turn people off.
First you need to write good Hubs. Then you need to join in the forums so other Hubbers know you exist. Again, don't jump in with both feet and start posting threads all over the place, you'll p*** people off. If you're friendly and intelligent, people will get curious, start checking out your Hubs, and become followers.

I do occassionally, and I know people with 80 comments or more -they are over time....But it seems some get 10-20+ right away in a short time. Is it cause they're long time hubbers, have tons of fans? Or is it cause more people are interested in the topic and it's quality?Or all of the above?anyways...

I am a newbie at HubPages and continue to sort through all the helpful advice in the Forums. But, would appreciate input on what steps I should take to gain followers or fans. Thanks!!

Anybody else growing weary of folks asking for feedback on their hubs? Don't we all want that?

Why do some people have all types of fans and the people who do wonderful hubs have so little fans.I work extremely hard on the hubs I write, as I donate all of the proceeds to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
