      Tags are like keywords very short and descriptive.

         You should use google adwords keyword tool for better keywords. Your keyword must be relevant to your hubs.

   It's related to the theme of your hub.
   
   So for instance http://hubpages.com/hub/Best-Massage-Table has the following tags:
       * massage therapist
       * massage tables
       * massage table
       * massage school
       * portable massage table
       * best massage table to buy
       * buy massage table
       * buying a massage table
       * working as a massage therpaist
       * oakworks tables
       * best massage table
       * best lightweight massage table
       * best portable massage table
       * oakworks celesta performa
       * ultimate massage table
       * lightweight massage table
   
   These words or phrases are what people may use to search for information related to massage tables.
