If you do a web search for 'free website" you will find alot of places that allow you to set up a free site, of course, you will most lifely have to deal with a long url as you probably won't be able to have your own domain name, also, your site will have alot of banner ads on it and you most likely won't be able to control the content as that is the stipulation of having a "free" site.
