Why are there so many non-sensical questions on this site?

I see many hubbers with high hubscores posting logically & gramatically terrible questions here...is there some secret hubpages "hack" going on here?

We can't all be on the up-swing of things. Some have different
ways of saying and doing whatever they do.
    I myself as a Poet,among other gifts,have a way of creative
communication that is not common. To understand what is said
and written is the main focus.
Sometimes you have to read between the lines.
But i also understand that sometimes, it is a
bit too many mistakes that is made.

The reason there are so many non-nonsensical questions on this site is because some of our ding-a-ling-dangs have discombobulated our dang-a-long-ling-longs.

I think I've figured out what's going on.  I've only been here a couple of weeks, but I do a lot of hub hopping and looking at the questions, and it looks to me like when you ask a question on someone's hub--not in comments but the thing on the side that says ask a question-- newbies like me think it will go to the person who wrote the hub, it actually shows up here.  The question may make sense in the context of the particular hub, but it's pure nonsense out of context.  I have to wonder if the guys who profess their love for the "Asian Aunties" aren't somewhat embarassed when they find their comments here.

there are so many none sensical questions on here because people do not take the time to report them preferring to just leave it to someone else but it is in all our interests to keep the standards of hubs up so please please flag.
