What is the number of your life?

  1. Mrvoodoo profile image59
    Mrvoodooposted 8 years ago

Is there a number that appears to run through the veins of your life, a number that stands out for you for whatever reason?

    Mine is 4.

I've had 4 real girlfriends, my relationships with the two I would claim to have loved both lasted 4 years, my last job and the only job I ever really enjoyed lasted for 4 years, I've been to Thailand (my favorite holiday spot) 4 times, I have 4 tattoos  symbolic of 4 important periods in my life, I have 4 people I would consider to be close friends, the time as I post this (here) is 16:44 or 4:44.

    What's your number?

  2. frogdropping profile image84

The number six for me. I positively vibrate 6's smile

Yeah you do actually, you have 933 posts, take the nine and turn it upside down = 6, add the two 3's together = 6, you have 42 hubs 4+2=6, you have an author score of 96, lol, that's a lot of 6's. big_smile

I don't seem to have a number, but my mother sure did. She was born on November 19, 1919. She lived at 19 Hepburn Road and her phone number was 281-1921. (She's dead. Don't call it!) Her social security card, driver's license and all the rest all had 19's in them. Sadly, I couldn't get her to Las Vegas...  smile

That's a lot of 19's, I wonder what time she was born, 19:19 perhaps. smile

Guess I shouldn't have watched 'The number 23' earlier.

I hereby abandon this thread to the depths of the HP forums, I'm off to watch 'I'm a cyborg, but that's OK' great film.

lol, yeah sorry about that, I thought you said you were 22, not you were a 22, I thought you'd done a damn good job to have had 22 serious relationships.  Mind you 22 serious relationships is pretty good going however old you are, good on ya! big_smile

I didnt know that pam, one of my sons born 4/22/88 is the serious conservationist and political figure (mouth) lol
        in our family.
Yes do write a hub, many are fascinated by it.

I gotta question ,when you work out your numeroly number do you use your maiden name or married name?

        1. Pearldiver profile image78
Pearldiverposted 8 years agoin reply to this

EK Start by using the Letter Value of your maiden name... Then do the same for your married name (which should indicate the life changes that you made)  Your Personal Life Numbers are: 4 - 13 - 22 - 31 - 40 - 49 etc. As Pam states 9 effects this.

Mine is 7. My birth date reduces to 7, and I seem to go on 7 year cycles with both jobs and relationships.

I love numerology. I should hub it a little.

I also compulsively reduce addresses, I can't help myself--We live in a 9 house. Good house for getting old in. Fun thread! smile

    1. Mrvoodoo profile image59
Mrvoodooposted 8 years agoin reply to this

7 years for jobs and relationships, well you have 3 years on me I only get 4, lol smile

I looked up number 7 for you (Indian Numerology):

Vast, spacious, spiritual. Trouble with expressing their feelings and vulnerable to emotional explosions. Mystical, poetic, intuitive, may be psychic. Have self control and dignity, steady and reliable friends. Skeptical, torn between rational thinking and the call of the unconscious. Proud, investigative, philosophical. Prefer to work alone, opinionated, stubborn, cynical, perfectionist, unsure, escapist, vague. Difficult to be in partnership with.

      * I'm off to have a bubble bath and read my new book (can't be bothered to watch that movie now), will check back later, I hope Lady_E wins the lottery and takes us all on a cruise. big_smile

Hmmm.  Interesting.  Mine is 3...and derivatives.  9 of course is the coolest number, as I love the unbalanced visual symmetry. 3x3=9, that's 3 threes.

Also, 3 sisters...I believe I got a BA (don't some stupid Neocon come and call me an elitist again, sigh) for each of us.

7 is supposed to be God's perfect number, Pam.  Do you know the personal attributes associated with 9 by chance? smile

    1. Mrvoodoo profile image59
Mrvoodooposted 8 years agoin reply to this

9's a good number, it has no influence in my life, but it is one of my favorite numbers, as far as favorite numbers go, lol.

9 = Impressive and charismatic presence, warm personality. Aggressive, assertive, challenging, emotional, can fly into a rage, volatile, anger easily, impatient, aristocratic demeanor. Better in dealing with troubles of the many than the problem of a single person. Militant, benevolent, unprejudiced. Long for love and approval. Able to synthesize and harmonize with all other vibrations. Sincere, postpone personal satisfaction for common goals, hard working, serves.

Hi Lita! Mr. Voodoo got a good list going there.

9 as I understand it is principled, humanitarian, the number of wholeness, completion. perfection. Any number you add 9 to reduces to the same number (which I find way cool because something is mentally wrong with me.)

      So 4 + 9 = 13 and  1 + 3 = 4.

      A perfect circle.

3 really fits you Lita, it's the Creativity number smile

Leta Sposted 8 years agoin reply to this

Well, then I'll take "3."  Cuz I don't like the "militant and easy to fly into a rage," thing about 9 above, lol.  I can get angry...but that usually doesn't fit!  smile
