I don't have the tax id no. and ssn still I can fill up the Google adsense application??
Your TAX ID NO. and your SSN is the same thing. Its your Social Security number. Your TAX NAME is the name you used when filing your taxes and so is your LEGAL NAME. Hope I helped.
Not sure ,depends on your country of residence I beleive.
I only needed a tax number since my country of origin is NZ and it wont change til I gain citizenship, then I would come under American status (and by then would have a SSN and tax no.)
I cant exactly remember the form, but Im assuming goggle will go by your address ,then assume you are a resident or citizen.
If not ,you should use where you have come from.
Just email the Goggle team ,they are good at emailing back.
EagleKiwi- Lots of people don't have a good feedback about Google's email response team but maybe she can still give it a shot: email@example.com
Kunika- Here is some info: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/ … nswer=9910
"If you do not have U.S. Activities, please visit the Tax Information page under your My Account tab where you will agree to a statement to that effect. No tax forms are required in this instance."

Oh ok CW I must have gotten lucky then.
I needed a change of address ,but to change a country address you have to provide exact details for your account etc, to be double checked . This provides security from spammers etc.
They answered within 24hrs, and no tax orpayment is required until you make your first $10.
