If your Hub is marked as "commercial" do you still earn the same as if it wasn't?

If it's marked as commercial, does it affect your potential earnings at all? In regards to page impressions or any other way?

    Actually it's the reverse.

Pages that aren't commercial are the ones that don't earn the money.

It's the pages that are marked as commercial that get the page impressions and clicks registering on your Google AdSense account.

At least, that's how I understand it.

Marking your hub commercial only does one thing: ensure that the ad level remains at "high."  We require this for any hub with outbound links in which the author holds a vested interest.  Otherwise, it makes no difference one way or the other.
