Has a fellow Hubber ever gone right around one of your comments...when they were replying to other's comments...and you didn't say one thing bad in your comment?
Yes. I am sure this has happened to everyone. If I have snubbed anyone, I apologise.
Same here, Davinagirl...if I ever have...then I also send an apology out...as well!
I don't think it's a snub necessarily. Sometimes they just don't have anything to say to your particular comment.
I guess that is the reason...but how hard is to at least do a "Smiley"!
I'm sure! I wouldn't consider that a snub though. It's an open forum not a series conversation.
I think perhaps you're taking things too personally. Perhaps you didn't get a reply because they agree with you, or you're so articulate that they can't think of anything to add.
He's crafty. That's what he is.
But yeah, what you said.
Why thank you...Maddie...for saying I was ar-tic-u-late... (Whatever that is?) I'm going to go look that one up in the dictionary. You must be one of them smart "Doctor-types"...using them words with more than 4 syllables in 'em...
It happens.
It's even worse when they do reply and you get slagged off and everyone gangs up on you and it ends up as a "let's all hate on so-and-so" thread.
Or perhaps they don't read through the whole page of comments. It's a lot to wade through sometimes.
Dang...Anti-Valentine...You weren't suppose to give it away so soon
This is the first I've heard of Snubbing in Posts.
Hopefully, people shouldn't see it as a Snub. Sometimes, I want to make comments to everyone but then I worry I'd be hogging the Thread, so I just do a few. Also, once people know you on-line they wouldn't take it personal.
Yeah - if everyone replied to everyone - then where would we be?
I have expected particular people to respond from time to time, who have not responded, but they might have logged off. I have been snubbed, and I have snubbed!
You're not a hubber, you're a snubber!
Now that's funny Go forth and snub no more!
You crafty old dodger! So this was meant to serve as some sort of lesson? I knew it when we were only a few posts in! Sort of like reverse psychology- you sounded as though you were the victim, and maybe you are, and yet there was a point to the whole thing.
You remind me of Jigsaw from the movie Saw!
Just remember. We're watching you now...
What... Who me? Naaawww....Anti-Valentine. But you have to admit...there is a lesson somewhere in all this!
To snub...or not to snub...that is the question ?!?
(Like Beth100 said...)
Snub or be snubbed?!?
I don't set out to do that, and if I have, my apologies. I'm not on all the time and am sporadic when I am on...I'm a little random as it has been pointed out to me. I try to answer everyone and complete my thoughts...usually... lol

Why is it that some writers do not respond to individual comments on their hubs?I noticed this with some writers who have been on HP for two years or more. They will choose to respond directly to some comments and ignore the others. Doesn't it make you feel like not commenting on these writers...

I am still new to Hubpages and have been enjoying a rather successful start. Thank you to those who have voted my articles up and those few of you who have begun to follow me. But I have noticed one thing of late and maybe it is the way it goes but I think it is disrespectful. I have commented on a...

There is a hubber (or two) who seems to follow particular questions, and posts incessently about the Bible, every comment, every answer, PARTICULARLY on questions that may pertain to something their faith disagrees with, or in questions that may question their faith's beliefs - but not just...

There seem to be many hubbers who have no published hubs and are still allowed to comment on other people's writing. While there are some hubbers who are simply new and asking questions before diving in, it seems that some people open accounts purely for the purposes of making comments, often nasty...

Pretty much like one would have it on a blog - with the difference that I am talking about hubtivity here.I had posted a single comment to one of the hubs a while ago. I am not too interested in the topic, just wanted to share my experience and forget. Well, the thing is - for many months this hub...
