This is a really difficult question to answer because there are so many great hubs to choose from, but three that come to mind are:

Most Informative: "The Cuisine of the Creole Gullahs" by hubber Habee. I'd love to see this hub used by schoolteachers and in interactive museum exhibits because it's so comprehensive. The author weaves in much family and gullah history in addition to the sharing of recipes and great videos and pictures.

Most Fun: "Family Fun Days- Outdoor Activities for Kids- Ice Skating" by hubber Peggy W. This hub evokes many memories of skating as a child but what makes it exceptionally fun and entertaining are the great videos Peggy added to it which showcase talented chimpanzees, an 81 year old graceful skater, a 4 year old talented skater and a Charlie Brown video.

Most Unique: "Silence, A Meditation Experience" by hubber Denise Handlon. I love to meditate but even if the reader has never meditated this hub is a fascinating read. Like going along with Denise on a powerful, beautiful meditation experience.
