You have to look for the PUBLISH link at the top of the page. Maybe that's not the question you are asking.
It's done when you think you've covered what you are talking about. Put in some links or a video as well.
What do you mean it didn't work? Go to the hub you're working on. You should now see the hub on the screen. Then click edit. Then click 'publish now'. I'm assuming you're talking about a hub that you've created but that you have just saved right? Please tell me more about what you've done and what exactly doesn't work - without more information I can't really say what's going on.
