I agree with that partly, but I don't think this makes the person perfect for their idea of perfect.

Yes. I am perfect in my own right. No one has the privilege to question my perfection.... Because I am perfect...

Alright. Why this question now? Those who can assess what is perfection, and those who can assess their own perfection, need not know who is perfect and who is not. It is enough if he or she is perfect.

marinealways24posted 13 years agoin reply to this

lol If someone believes they are perfect, they have an irrational mind. The irrational mind believes in what does not exist. Perfection does not exist in "any" life.

Ah, but do you settle for imperfection or strive to be perfect?

      1. profile image49
badcompany99posted 13 years agoin reply to this

I settle for my imperfection because perfect doesn't exist !

        1. marinealways24 profile image60
marinealways24posted 13 years agoin reply to this

Because perfection doesn't exist, does it mean we can't strive for it's existance? How about our idea of perfection, if it exist in our idea, the idea would be possible to acheive.

badcompany99posted 13 years agoin reply to this

One strives for an obtainable goal, perfection in a human being is not an obtainable goal. We each have flaws, every single person on this website and nobody can ever obtain perfection.

I agree. I'm saying, they can reach their individual idea of perfection. The idea isn't perfection.

I know, I was playing with ya moi friend. I unfortunately have an addictive personality and I find it too hard to change now but I have strived too. I have reached a point where I am happy with who I am despite my flaws but I appreciate your concept of self improvement. Take care my friend, I hope to see you about the site later.

marinealways24posted 13 years agoin reply to this

I think the self improvement is key to any realistic idea of perfection knowing that perfection doesn't exist. Good that you have abilities to see flaws in yourself, many don't.

      1. profile image0
sandra rinckposted 13 years agoin reply to this

The real topic is are you perfect?  Had you read the part where I defined what I believe as perfect as alive or existing then there wouldn't be a reason to have gotten so negative.  If you believe that no one is perfect then everything you look at becomes a negative aspect of your life.  It shows in you. big_smile
