    Ok, so I procrastinate.

Does anyone know any way in which I can avoid the unnecessary and seemingly unavoidable space between lines of text in my Hubs.

Also, how to cure having to use a . <-----period between verses so it doesn't all run together.

At any rate, I am asking now.  Thx in advance.

Idunn - For poems, which many of your hubs are, instead of using Paragraph text, you can use Heading 4. The font size is about the same, but the line break is single spaced, not double. E.g. my Cat & Elephant God, which you've already seen, is formatted in H4 (and bolded too, but that's optional of course)

You can also use the "preformatted" formatting option.  It was broken before, but it works a little bit better now (still not perfectly though).

Paul, thanks for letting us know that "preformatted" is fixed!  Good news!

Sort of fixed.  It's still hard to get the spacing you want, but I'm working on it.

That's good - I'll try it again. Thanks Paul.

I think I have it working pretty well now.  I made a little hub to test it out.

Sometimes I saved a poem or resume as a .pdf document and then converted it to .jpg and uploaded the picture. I'll try the preformatted text.

    good idea, too.

I did actually consider doing a printscreen, and then putting it in as an image which probably would have worked, but never got around to it. :p
