Re acccessing ADSENSE
I must be dumb. I did everything (I thought) to get involved in ADSENSE. . But apparently I have to do more.
What follows is key to getting in but I do not know how to implement the following instruction. In words of one syllable, as if for an idiot, can someone explain please. I do not have a website, I do not have a separate domain just what HUB gave me.
Domain ownership: To complete our review of your website, we need to confirm that you have access to the HTML source code of the URL that you've submitted or were given access to AdSense via a third-party platform.
I. If you host your
You can only put adsense on a web page that you own. You put the code into an HMTL module or HMTL Footer module with a wrapper to make it work in .aspx web pages. In Hubpages you have no control. Google place context relevant ad's automatically. But is adsense really worth the effort after all the hype about making money has faded away. Well the simple answer to that question is that you will only earn peanuts from adsense but you could make much more by advertising affiliate products.Foot soldiers are paid peanuts while leaders, officers and innovators earn their just rewards.
What you say will explain why I appeared to be running around in circles looking for the 'in' into the system. Having said that, you paint a gloomy picture when others are relatively upbeat. Fortunately my HUB is directed towards helping fellow collectors rather than generating profit so I can afford to be ambivolent about getting involved.
But, thank you for the answer...... food for thought.
