Capsule subtitles are simply there to help keep your hub neat and organized... you don't have to use them if you don't need them... just say your article has three distinct sections or parts... you would do three text capsules each with the subtitle being what that capsule is about, if that makes any sense. At least that's what I assumed.
Jbern pretty much hit it. I just use them as more of a lead, especially if I am doing a short, concise hub.
I stumbled upon a hubs saying "capsule subtitles" are good for SEO but do not really understand the explanation. Some said it is important, some said it is not. I am confused.

I've heard they slow traffic down although I have a few hubs with call outs that are doing well, so I'm not sure what to do. I hear some say they're fine and others that they are traffic killers. Would appreciate some advice from the staff, thank you.
