So I have sined up with ad sense and amazon and have some questions
1. Does Ad sense put the adds up automatically? Do I need to do anything? Is their anyway to boost my earnings through them
2. How do I use Amazon?
3. Any tips for maximizing my revenue?
Thanks in advance.
Cynicist - yes they do but you can, to a degree, manipulate where the ads appear. Check out a hub written by Lissie (search etc).
Amazon - go and check out Nelle Hoxie, Whitney or Mark Knowles as an example of how to present an amazon loaded hub. Then go and check out Darkside's 'Capsules' hub.
If you want to know how to maximise a hub you need to understand a little about SEO. So having got to your final question, read the hub I did about hubpages help. You'll find all you need there.
Lissie, Mark Knowles, Darkside, Maddie Ruud (and more) have written oodles of info that will more than equip you with the knowledge you are seeking.
Any more, come back

My new hub has had advertising automatically disabled. As far as I can tell, it does not violate Adsense policy. Who should I contact? Is it Maddie?

Would it make sense to have a new hub when first published scored at the hubbers average hub score? This way it doesn't drag down hub score average for first week or two of publication and then rises and falls at its own merit?
