I do it as quickly as possilbe. If someone was kind enough to leave a comment I want to acknowledge that asap---and--it depends on how many comments I receive.
1 hour a week ... means i log in hubpages approximately daily and spend about 3-4 minutes ...except when i have to publish a HUB
You folks must get a lot more comments than I do. I log in and see that there's a comment, I read it briefly, and then I approve it if it's relevant and not spammy. Takes me 30 seconds a day, so I guess that's 3.5 minutes a week.
As long as I check my email I see notifications by the hubpages team and I feel very happy when I find comments, that means they've found it useful. When I work on my hubs I spend may be more than 2 hours a week but when I'm lazy and out of new ideas I spend few minutes. It depends
