Must I log out and back in to see if I have comments?
I'm not getting email notifications for most of the comments on my hubs. I can't always find them in the feed because it means going back pages.
How else can I find the comments?
No you don't have to log out ! One way to see your comments is to go to your account page by clicking on the 'my account' button at the top right hand row of buttons. When the 'account' page opens it is called ' My Hub Statistics' you will see a navigation block on the left of the page. Click on the 'comments' button and any 'comments' that you have not 'approved' will be shown.
You can then click on the Hub name to take you to the Hub to submit a reply!
One tip for you: Do not approve the 'comment' until after you have 'replied' to it!
Thanks, just what I needed to know, but why shouldn't I approve until I've replied?
Try refreshing/reloading the page from time to time, especially if you keep logged in at all times and then clicking on the comments tag, although most often unapproved new comments will show as a green number next to the comments tag.
Once you read the comments you can either accept or decline. Whether you reply to the comments or not is strictly a personal matter.
I think it is the opposite. You must be logged in to approve the comments, but you do not need to logged in to see them as long as you have auto-approve set in your Hubpages account.

This is disconcerting. I received three comments to a Hub of mine that I did not approve. I was conscientious about using the option in the Comments capsule to let me approve or deny comments. However, all three comments to my Hub are showing up on HubPages, whether I'm logged in or...

If I view my account's Comments page, it's easy to view, approve and respond to unapproved comments. However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment. Instead, I have to go to my main Comments page and find the now approved comment...

For the last ten days I do not seem to be able to reply to the 12 comments that I have received on various posts. After having read an article and having left a comment, that does not seem to work either. I have mentioned this glitch on the hubpage Facebook pages and now again here. Please...

I didn't realise comments didn't auto-approve until I just checked a thread and found about 20 from months back. Oops! How can I set all comments to auto-approve to save me from clicking "approve" hundreds of times? Thanks,Victoria

I don't know if this is workable or not, it's just a suggestion. However I was just reading a thread about hubbers "rewarding" other hubbers by clicking their adverts. My suggestion: Since we cannot see Kontera adverts while logged in, could the same be applied to Adsense?Obviously there...

It there a way we can allow comments and at the same time "Disallow" the hyperlink? Especially for the non-members of Hubpages.Sometimes the comments are OK to allow, but I may not want the link on my page, especially when multiple links on multiple hubs are the same. I know I could...
