    And it is applicable also as hub URLs don't have author name in them and thankfully so. So, it would be easy to transfer hubs. Even the traffic stats for these hubs could be made public as proof and for estimating bids.

    interesting idea.  Not sure how this would exactly work out.  Would you have some area where people would put their hubs up for bid or what?

    I wouldn't like it simply because one of the main reason I am here is to improve my writing.  By making this a trading post seems like it would lessen it.  And it seems like there are enough changes for everyone currently.

    Not a bad idea, but it seems more like a new site idea instead of a hubpages idea.
