Why is the Hubpages Ad CPM falling like crazy?
It began at around 9 dollars CPM and now it's at 2. That's a huge difference. What happened?
I am sorry to hear this happened for you, and mine is rising, so I am thankful. Best success to you.
Mine's been heading up too. Perhaps you started writing on less valuable topics. Could also be that a major advertiser in your sphere has just finished their campaign
I just checked mine, and I have exactly like yours. My Hubpages Ads CPM in March started at $9+ and yesterday my CPM is $2.09. What da? I had not noticed the big difference since my Hubpages earnings are going up.
I joined about 2 weeks ago. My CPM was 12 bucks and now 2 weeks later (29 hubs later) my CPM is 33 cents. As I started getting more and more views my CPM actually went down.
Upon further investigation I found out that 9 dollars is just a guesstimate. And once you build a bigger hub base the true value of your CPM is shown...hence the 33 cents.

I missed an opportunity when my hubs scored more than a thousand views last weekend. After a delay...

I started a new HP page: http://hubpages.com/@dangerouslydelish to focus on recipes- hoping to create a stronger brand compared to this account.I was looking at my stats and my CPM is 4-5x more on this account, compared to the new one. So should I transfer my Hubs from my new account to this one?...

I ask because I am currently experiencing yet another traffic surge. I've gone from 200+ views per day to in excess of 1600. Yet the income remains pretty darn poor.I've brought this up more than once and I have to say that it's very very puzzling. In every other platfrom that I write on (i.e. my...
