I understand that spammers are attacking hubpages. And I know that CAPTCHAS can help separate humans from bots. However, the images of the words are not very readable even for humans. I had to try more than ten times to finally get logged in.
I hope they can make the images more readable for humans.
NOTE: I'm using Firefox. I can read the CAPTCHAS on other sites.
Have you tried the audio feature that goes with Captchas for visually-impaired users? I find it really useful when certain words are hard to read. You can also hit the button for a new Captcha word, which often brings up a more intelligible one.
If it looks anything like that http://recaptcha.net/learnmore.html you are likely to be able to get away with one correct word and guessing the other one as good as you can. Chances are server doesn't know a correct answer itself

The profile page reads fine, no problem but individual hubs are so blown up on a small ASUS Android, model:KOOB (ME173X), that it is impossible to read fluently, let alone see the pictures in context. This is even worse...
