    Google has made it clear that any duplicated content is going to be devalued on their end, so why would you want to do that?

    1. Yes you can.
    2. BUT it will drop your article value a lot.

    So, do some spinning (not too much) and avoid copy-paste even though you are the original writer. This is because no one like duplicate content smile

    No, you have to write a new hub even if you want to write about the same topic.Change the title too.

    You can post a link to your Hubs on other sites.  I do it all the on Facebook.
