Do you get more clicks when you don't use pictures in your hubs?
Just wondering whether having pictures is counterproductive? I mean, if I don't have a picture the place will be taken by the Google ads and am thinking the visitors will have a better chance of clicking?
In my years of experience the people will check out the pic then be possibbly more likely drawn to the advert underneath it. This is because they are focused already so more likely they will click. Specially if it's something they want. IT REALLY helps to caption your pic with something relative.
This comes under the heading of YOU can lead a horse to water BUT you can't make them drink...
To get the MOST clicks appeal to the masses and GIVE PEOPLE what they WANT like ipad stuff a HUGE HUGE market. Don't try smacking them over the head with doggy slippers or the like.

I have seen where having an adsense in the top left of a website gets alot of clicks. That pretty square blog at the right towards the middle of the hubpage should be moved to the top left. There would be more clicks. Or could you test it on some hubs. Try mine first, lol.

I've been a member of Hubpages for 2 months, but I've really only been actively making Hubs for about 4 weeks, and I got my first clicks yesterday. It was a total of 3 clicks, and I got $2.06 for the whole package. Apparently I'm targeting the right keywords...I've recently also seen a...

Hey folks, I'm paranoid, so I thought I would ask this. I got more clicks on my ads yesterday than I have combined so far, and I was wondering if I could see where the clicks originated from (IP or at lease geographical area). I noticed my income doubled (from about 50 cents to a whole...

I got into an interesting discussion on another thread, and thought it would make a good thread itself. The question of the day is how do you feel about other hubbers clicking on an ad in your hubs?Personally I really don't see a problem with it as long as the ad interests them from a good quality...
