How does CPC convert to CPM?
when looking for keywords they are almost always listed as CPC ( cost per click) which seems to me to be set up for people looking to place ads. As writers who are looking for ads to be placed in our articles, how does CPC convert to CPM (clicks per milli). What is the data that is involved in whatever the formula must be?
Man who knows lol. My math sux! I do know this with the sites I have had.
I have had sites that get 100k impressions but no clicks so I try to run cpm ad networks, then I have those sites that have 1k impressions, but the traffic clicks so I run CPC. Prob doesnt really help you, but I know that sometimes CPC and CPM cant be figured out because certain advertisers are only paying for CPC and some only for CPM.
I guess its the age old response.... test.. test.... test.... ;-)
I guess only time will tell. I don't know much about CPC but I just hope the year looks up as the days go by...
