It's pretty awesome the amount of information that one can get via analytics, but it's a bit hard to determine just what all information is valuable and why.
It's also a pain to set up an account. I can get to my information concerning hubpages....but I've not been able to set up analytics for any other site at all. I get in there and get irritable real quickly because ....It's just not that user friendly.
I never was able to set it up properly; I never really tried though, and I know that it's fairly accurate. I prefer using site specific stat tracking, though I may sign up soon since Suite's stats are being removed.
I have been using Google Analytics personally and professionally. Granted the current upgrade is very similar to their enterprise version. It is easy to install on a site. (Make sure it is on every page.) The data being returned has helped in terms of optimization. I am in the process of preparing to take their certification exam.
