    It is a place/museum that I like, and it is rare to be open at night, last year was open less than 5 nights (I think). It was a good quality time and some of the photo's I took are inspirational to me.

    Good question- I often wonder about people's avatars.  I picked mine because I do like a bit of privacy as to what I really look like, but a friend had this muppet made to resemble me so it is the muppet version of me.  I like using it because I think it is friendly, interesting, and a reminder that I try not to take things too seriously.

    Choosing our cat was a simple thing--she's been a great buddy, she is a great dot connector, and she is just plain delightful in her instinctive kitty ways.  Also, I wanted to use one of my own photographs that was especially crisp and striking, one that could speak a story all by itself.
