    It depends on may factors. The quality and quantity of your content, SEO practices, backlinks, time you spend to promote your content, traffic to your content. If you have lots and lots of traffic then you can get more better results and income smile

    More traffic, more money earned. As long as the ads are placed in good locations. If ads are annoying, people will get annoyed and possibly not come back. I do that sometimes. Make sure your ads fit in and are not in inappropriate places (like this site) and get your site popular.

    Given that you've been with HubPages for two years and have only written a little over 2 dozen Hubs, I think the best answer for you is that you will need to work a lot more than you have up until now and produce a lot more content.

    Writers who create a range of Hubs, study them, learn from their best performers and then make more like their top content often find they are able to grow their income over time.  Once you learn what it is that you do well and find your audience, then it's just a matter of time and committing to producing whatever amount of Hubs is necessary for you to get your earnings to that level.
