Initial traffic comes from hubpages itself. Search engine traffic takes a bit longer to build up.
It is completely normal to have a hub receiving no views in a day.
Search online for 'traffic' generator to bring people to your hub.
You can also use the forum topics as a way to meet people and as you meet more people, they will get to know you and check out your hub(s).
You can also increase your fan base by visiting other hubs and if you like what you find, then you can become of a fan of that specific writer.
In some cases, those writers will return the favor and become your fan.
Hubpages is the friendliest community of people, I've come across online.
So, I hope that helped.
I agree with the others, I would also suggest reading hubs about hubpages, there is some really good advice out there. Good luck and welcome to hubpages.
write articles which are well written and join the community, poeople will read your article if it is good!
enough for what?
2 weeks is a drop in the bucket--sit back and relax, you can't force fans or views.
also make sure to add more tags to your hub; I did this to one of my poor performing hubs and it significantly increased page views by simply adding more useful tags
If you're serious about making money, you need to do better than 1 Hub in 2 weeks.
Write more quality hubs ,it will boost u r earnings and traffic.
Write more quality hubs. write comments and make fans of hubbers you like. In return they may become your fan. Try, I think it will work. If you write really quality hubs you will get traffic and fan automatically.
I've joined you, but I have a question.
enough fans - Enough for what?

I'm open to suggestions on how to improve my hubs and my traffic. My hubs generate traffic, just not large volumes. I read where a fellow hubber had received over 800 views in a day. The most views I've received is 200+ in a day, and this was only on one hub. It's not happened since then. Any help...

As fast as I'm trying to fix up hubs that are unfeatured, the problem isn't that there is something wrong with them, but that they are being unfeatured as a result of lack of traffic. Isn't this short sighted? Some topics just don't get that much traffic. It's not because they are badly written,Is...

What is the best way to get traffic on hubpages? Is it by the quality of your hubs or the frequency of your communication in the community? I've seen different articles that encouraged people to get noticed by being more social, claiming that that would increase interest and traffic; and then on...

Not sure which category I should put this inI have recently discovered two interesting ways of writing hubs1. All gemstone jewelry hubs are written the same way, talking about only ebay buying, tons of wasteful and useless words such as "take a look at ...on the right", "you can see...
