I guess it just depends on the day and what I am curious about. Some of my favorite subjects are philosophy, religion, science, gardening, photography, the arts, and favorite recipes, etc. So I may not be the best person to ask, as I love a wide range of topics! Great question though.
People's personal travels and photos are of great interest. It can help give a person a unique point of view, from people that have been to particular places and to hear their recommendations, etc.
I prefer to read about writing and literature. I can always use some inspiration for my own writing, and these subjects put my mind back on the right track.
I would go for books related to Human Behaviour, Psychology, Math Related . I personally like Malcom Gladwell;s books, Steven Levitt, and the alikes.
