Another lame error on my part.  Can a deleted hub be retrieved?

I was editing my hub and wanted to delete a photo, but deleted the whole text of the hub instead.  Is there any way to retrieve it or is it forever lost to the New Hubber Screwup Bin?

Check on your My Account Statistics page.  I believe the Hub remains there for 24 hours after you "delete" it and you have the option to re-publish it.

I agree with bankscottage but if you deleted text from a text capsule and then clicked done editing - your info is now gone. Sorry hmm

    Good luck to you

      Good point missolive.
I believe you can unedit a text capsule (undo a delete) if you recognize it right away and haven't closed the capsule.  I also use several text capsules for my Hubs.  If I screw up, I only lose one section not the whole thing.

This is very easy to do, but I think bankscottage is right.  To avoid doing this in the future, write your hub on a word processing program outside of hub pages.  Then save it and transfer it over.  This also gives you a backup copy for your own storage.

That was exactly the advice I was going to give.

It is off my "my account page".  I am sure it is gone for good.  I will rewrite it.  From now on I will write it on Word first and then paste it to my hubpage.  That way it will be saved on my computer.  Some of the things we write on our hubs are difficult to replicate.  Thanks for your answers.
