Are you signed up for the Google AdSense program, the HubPages ad program, or eBay/Amazon Affiliates? If not, you need to do so. That's how you earn money through your Hubs.
You might have to open a Paypal account if you want earnings to drop in your account. Google ad sense is the next step. Instructions are clear on Google. Just click on it.
