How to resubmit Adsense application if it was once refused when applied through HubPages?
Also, how many hubs should I write before resubmitting?
For some countries, Google stipulates you have to had an comprehensive, established web presence for six months before you can apply. You'll probably want to have a few dozen Hubs to be safe, but you may also find you need to let them mature a bit.
I actually feel that it is much easier to write a bunch of content on Blogger first and then apply for AdSense and then use that AdSense account here in HubPages or any other things. At least that's how I was able to do it a while back. Maybe it's easier that way since Google owns Blogger as well. But this isn't 100%. The fact remains is that they want to see if you have content and other things before they will accept your application. Just my two cents. Hope I was able to help.
There is an way, but I'm afraid that the answer is too long to answer. Contact me directly trough mail
