It seems like an amazing opportunity! You can read the official hub on it here.

I've been accepted and put on the waiting list. I'm just eager to get started, and I'm wondering when I start.

PhilosopherPrince-Sorry, I was being funny here.  Of course I have heard of the A program.  I just haven't applied.  I know many people who are currently in or finishing up the program-great opportunity-I just can't commit right now. Good luck to you

I applied back in February and finally just got in for this month.  It was a long wait, but well worth it.

It wasn't even announced in February and you certainly couldn't apply for it yet...I signed my NDA in February for the program, and we got the email on March 30 that it was being announced to the public soon...

I wasn't on a wait list. I was asked by staff to be in the first group before the apprenticeship was publicly announced.

Still there..at least I've applied. Does that mean I am on the wait-list or do I have to hear something first? Anyhow, would love to be in the next group.

They should contact you within 3 weeks. I was emailed saying I was accepted and put on the wait list. If you are denied, you can apply until you are accepted. Good luck!

I applied after I published my fourth hub back in may and got notice that I was accepted in august. I think the wait is different per person; however, more than likely you'll be waiting a month or two prior to being accepted or not.

PP, it's PP here! smile  I applied for the program in April, received my acceptance letter in June, and started in July. It really is a good program and I would definitely recommend it.

May I ask, isn't it too demanding? I also work and I'm afraid I many not have enough time to comply with the demands. What do you think?

Hi, I applied around Feb/ March I think and got accepted for the June program. I know it didn't feel like a long time. I applied thinking I wouldn't hear back and got a surprise when I was accepted!
Good luck for all those who are still waiting to hear.

Hello PhilosopherPrince - You are right to think it might be hard to comply with the program's demand on your time.

When it was first announced, I thought to myself, "how can anyone come up with such vast number of hubs in a month?". So I didn't apply.

Well, come to find out that I've actually written more hubs in a month than the program required. And, I also work outside the home. So, you can do it.

I might still give it a shot.

It was a fast turnaround. I'm in group three. I seem to remember being accepted within a couple weeks of applying. I had only written a few hubs. I won't lie: it is time intensive. They have challenged me, for sure, and made me think more about what I publish. It's been very helpful and educational. If you're looking to improve your on-line writing skills, I definitely recommend applying.
