One of hubs was found on someone's blog. What can I do about this?

I noticed one of hubs was placed on someone's blog without my permission.  What can I do to prevent this from happening to my other hubs?

You can't stop it from happening, but you can ask the owner of the blog to remove it. If they don't, you can file a DMCA Takedown Notice.

This is the first time I a hearing about DMCA.  Is there a fee to file this?

Do you mean the entire contents of the hub was placed there? Or an excerpt and a link?

If it was the entire hub without any attribution, file a DMCA.

the entire hub was on the blog.  My name was not even mentioned.  What's DMCA? Is there a fee to file this?

Digital Millenium Copyright Act. Send them an email first requesting they remove the content, then Google DMCA or how to remove duplicate results from Google. If it's a Blogger blog, report it to Blogger.

That is plagiarism, and illegal. I'd give them a light warning, letting them know that you know and then if they don't do anything about it - get them back with a complaint to the blog hosting site.

That's a very good advice to do it this way.  It is definitely plagiarism.  Thank you for your input.

This is terrible. How did you come to realize it had been stolen?

I wanted to create similar detailed hub to the one I found stolen.   I think when I was researching a particular portion of the hub in Google, I then found a duplicate of it, by accident on this blog as well as other people's hubs.

Hi guys.  Thanks for your help with us.  I am actually checking this site thoroughly that my hub was copied and placed on.  I am seeing other people hubs as well, copied and posted here. I am not even sure if they know it is on this site.  http://nikemaxsale.komunitasonline.com/
