Oh, just basic stuff like power, greed, and corruption along with something to chase, something to hate, something to love, something to motivate, and something to play - as if life is like the board game called "Monopoly." Hey, if you got any extra, send it this way...
I'm usually looking at it in my rear view mirror, watching it get smaller and smaller. For me it is something that is necessary but found that there is never quite enough to get all of the things done I would like to.
Well, if I had money, I could do a lot more with my life. I could help more people in my life. But, alas, since I do not have lots of money, the little I have pays for electric, food, gas and essentials like paying for internet time.
The reality is money is only the good you can do with it and the power we give it. Money itself is worthless paper - the "value" is what we've assigned to it. It will make or break people, but it's all in the attitude. A poverty mindset attracts more poverty and an abundance mindset attracts more means (money). Having lived at both ends of the spectrum from dirt poor to comfortable and all stages in between, I became a happier person when I decided money was no longer allowed to control my destiny, my sense of empowerment or my outlook on others who have more or less of it than I do. It was very liberating.
I feel like money is freedom. Money is freedom to travel, to spend your time the way you choose. Money can free you from many of your worries about how you are going to pay the rent or feed your family. If you have money you are free to persue your interests and dreams.
That you can never save enough. Saving money is something I truly enjoy and always would like more of. Not to spend it, just to have and look at it.
