How did your first year on hubpages go?
What can you say about your first year on hubpages
My first year was amazing! People read my Hubs, they commented sincerely and they motivated me to go on.
I found my niche topics quite soon and I've met the most wonderful people here.
If money would be the main goal for writing I would have left long ago. I didn't really buy the 'easyness' of earning money with quality content.
With the huge drop in traffic for lot's of Successstories here on Hubpages, I get confirmed that this is all business as usual. Life is tough, online and offline.
I make an interesting 2 dollars a month but I've just been read over 10.000 times! That to me is so much more valuable than the money I could make.
I even think it's wiser to spend time in creating your own novel, aim for a best seller and make money the way all writers would like to in the end.
Seeing your own book in the bookstores must be a thrill! Until then I'll keep on Hubbing, learning and enjoying my time here:-)

When I first became a part of HubPages I was excited and enthusiast about being able to write and have others read my offerings and perhaps even get paid. Now—it’s a struggle to interject the occasional comment in a...
