Do you back-up your articles, how often?

I keep a Word file of each Hub as soon as I publish it. I save them on my hard drive and my dropbox account.

No, but that's probably a really good idea to start doing that.

My articles are on my laptop and on a hard drive.  When I can I intend to do regular backups to online storage.  However anything takes both those out simultaneously and my Hubs will be  the least of my problems.

As far as I am concerned  the versions on my  laptop are the masters: Once they are written I use them to publish a hub. They need better care than I can give them but  It is just a matter of time, energy and money.

I write my hubs in Google Docs or "Drive".  When I have finished writing, I then copy and paste it into HubPages. It is my backup and allows me to work on articles where ever I am and not constantly log into by HubPages account.

Sounds like a good idea. I may try that. I will still need to sync with the laptop.
