I don't think you can. I just looked at all the hub functions and I didn't find anything like that. You can, however, create a part 2 hub if your hub gets too long. Just make sure you link it.
Yup! Well, sort of.
When you create a new hub, along the right hand you'll find your hubtool. Below that there are a number of different tools including one where you can set your summary and other details about your hub. In this block you have the option to group your hub. In this way you can create multiple pages on the same topic and link them together using the grouping tool.
This is actually a very good way to work through a series of hubs that will allow you to create long-tail niche topics that will gather more traffic. I'm writing a Hub about this right now in fact!
