What are your goals for 2013 on hubpages?
What targets have you set in terms of hubs, traffic, earning, or anything for that matter?
My main goal for the first quarter of this year is to write at least 30 hubs and gain approval for an adsense account by the last day of march.
What are your goals and targets?
Recieve more traffic and write 40 hubs plus wait for 6 months to be eligible to signup for adsense.
My main goal is to (finally) reach a payout. My current job is going to be ending in June/July and I know that whatever job I find next will likely be busier and not allow as flexible a schedule, so my goal is to have 30ish good, evergreen hubs by then which can continue earning for me, even if I don't have time to participate in HP on a regular basis.
I'm extending my previous goal which was to increase my payout each month. I hope to earn 1/3rd my monthly income from my writing (hopefully in two years or less). So far I have been able to increase my earnings each month for the last six months, so I would like to carry forward that improvement into 2013.
I would also like to increase my learning and understanding of HP and how to continue improving traffic and earnings. My first year on HP I didn't bother to try to learn and barely wrote 10 hubs. The 2nd year I actually paid attention to how to increase traffic, learned about sitemaps, and backlinking and was able to see a giant leap of improvement. I would like to continue that as well.
I would like to reach the $50 payout each month and also just write and publish hubs more often.
Greetings, John Paul:
My goals are thus: (1) Try not to get banned for speaking the truth, and (2) complete the "30 hubs in 30 days" challenge successfully.
Truth be known, I do not write for pay, but I want to put out a good product and I pray I can continue to do so throughout 2013.
To publish at least 15 hubs in a month and not loose their hubscore below 40 and profile score below 75.
My main goal? Keep on writing and spreading the Hublove!
Making more friends, cherishing the friends I've already found on here and keep on writing as passionately as I do always.
Feeling grateful for all the comments my followers leave me, always leaving comments in return and staying as active as possible.
Oh and did I make any money on Hubpages? Still waiting for the first 50 dollars but Hubpages isn't all about the money folks! Happy New Year to you all!
Get more visitors and also write 20 hubs in one month and trying to improve my scour.
When I first signed up for Hubpages two years ago, I will admit I had some delusions of grandeur. I thought I was going to be writing hubs left right and centre and making money as a writer... Truth be told, as I'm sure we've all learned, it doesn't happen quite that quickly. I got discouraged after posting my first couple of hubs and kind stopped using the site for quite a while. I never forgot about it and always had it in the back of my mind that I would come back to it and try again and within the past few weeks I have done just that. Posted a couple new hubs that I put a lot of work into and went back and updated the original ones I posted... I actually took the time to learn a few things about HB that I didn't the first time around (like writing summaries for my hubs) which allowed me to get some new traffic to my first hubs published a year ago..
SO! that being said my goals for this year are to continue to learn all about how hubpages works... continue writing high quality, well written hubs.. I've also set a goal for myself to try and get every hub I write accepted as a featured hub on the topics page for each hub. (After simply writing those summaries for the original hubs I posted, this happened without me realizing it... Seeing that little "h" beside the list of hubs in my account is just thrilling to me.
I also would like to make some friends on here, get some more followers and I'm hoping to have a "published ten hubs" accolaide by the end of March. I've laid off on the goal of making money on HB (thats what drew me here in the first place) as in the past week I've only made two cents. lol.... I'm hoping acheiving my other goals will eventually lead me to a place where I can make a few dollars.
Good luck to everyone on their HB goals! Happy writing and much success to all!
Cheers.
Welcome back and enjoy the ride! As soon as you let go of the money making idea, writing becomes a lot more fun. Glad you came back, to try Hubpages in a different way! Good luck to you too:-)
Thanks for the lovely welcome! I think I've enjoyed hubpages more in this past two weeks than I did the whole first month my first time here... I'm hub hopping, leaving comments, joining into questions and meeting lovely people on here.
I am a newbie. My main goal is to get approved for a Google Adsense account. And to write as many Hubs a week as I can. As a new writer it is coming slow to me so I am hoping to write 3-4 a week.

What Goals do you have for Writing on HubPages?Have you set any goals for writing on hubpages? Do you set an earnings goal, or are you trying to reach a certain number of visitors or hubs? Does setting goals help motivate you?

Have you achieved your hub goals for the year and have you set any for the new year?My goal was to achieve 10 hubs by end of this year, which I surpassed. For next year, I have set a monthly goal of 5 hubs per month, totaling to 60 hubs by the end of the year. Hope I make it. What are your Targets?

Hi,I've signed up and am ready to start making hubs in my specialised subject, but I was wondering what the earning potential of hubbig (if that's a word) actually is. I realise it all depends on how attractive your pages are and how good they are etc, but what are people actually earning? I am not...

Am I losing money from my writing here on Hubpages?Although my hubs have been badly hit by another Panda or a Penguin update and the earnings from my Hubs are at their lowest in a few years, I cannot say in all honesty that I am losing any money what so ever.I may be earning less now than I have in...

Hello there,So I just started hubbing, but I've gotten out of the bootcamp phase. I applied for Google Adsense and was disapproved - twice. I read all the possible problems that I could fix that was sent to my e-mail, but my articles seem to abide by all of them. What do I do? Concerned,W.A
