Is the "Tags" section gone for putting in search/key words when writing a hub?
yes, i also couldn't find the "Tags" section in HP. I posted this question too and some hubbers notified me that HP had long ago remove this "tag" section.

Yes, as others said, it has been gone fore some time. The tags are now taken out of the body text automatically. You have no control over them anymore.
Yes, the hub pages did away with it last year to control spammers.
'Google' has also done away with this method of search in order to get less spamming results in their search engines. Good Thing... I think
Yes, Curaid said right. The purpose of this act is to stay safe from spammers. I personaly think that this act is good to control spamming.

Yes it is gone, as others have mentioned. Might because of the spammers misusing it.
