No way! The purpose of the forums is to discuss on various topics. But you will be paid for valuable questions. For that you have transfer the Q&A section to sub-domain.

There is no more transfer button for that. I believe it is automatic now.

I do earn some money when i participate in answering questions and commenting hubs. I don't write hubs often, maybe once a month but i do the answering and leaving comments everyday. Not sure whether the money earning is related to this matter or not.

I would think that the answer is yes - but indirectly. If you leave comments or participate in the forums, you gain exposure, and you might get a few more visitors, and your Google ranking may go up a tad as your hubs get a more visits. But I think you can measure your success in pennies. Woo hoo!

No we don't, but if you're lucky, people might click through to your profile and read some of your Hubs, so, it could sort of earn you money indirectly.

I don't think you earn money directly, but it is hugely important, because the knowledge and friends you gain are tied to your ability to earn money as you go along! This is one of the fascinating things about being an active Hubber - nothing is as simple as it seems on the surface. There are groups within groups, guidance and ethics within those groups, and real feelings that exist between people who have never actually met. These people all love to write, and that seems to be a primary goal - to add to the knowledge base of this society, and then to the greater society. Getting paid a lot of money quickly for this privilege is unlikely to happen. I think it will take several years of very consistent work, and I am a newbie myself. So money seems to take a back seat, but knowledge and caring might be huge rewards. Strange, isn't it?

Whosoever earns money in this Forum is a Giant Intellect in writing English that attracts people left right and center.I write since 3 years but being very poor in English Writing and writing only what I look here and there besides my professional  and practical experience in Textiles I have earned only zero cents.

We don't earn directly from participating in forums, but they are valuable for both learning tips from fellow writers and for increasing your own exposure to others.

Being an active hubber by participating in discussions means that you are likely to get more page views and your hubber score will increase too, so indirectly you probably will benefit financially in the long run.

Apparently you do earn a little from the questions and answers section, though.

This looks not to be as i had expected. IO thought that we earn too for participating on the forum. Well, what are all the ways we use to earn here?
