Hub score: To improve hub score you need to write article with more than 500 words, its should be without grammar or spelling mistake and the topic should be interesting to others.
Huber Score: To improve your Huber score, you have to be active on hubpages by answering others questions, by commenting on others hub, by commenting on forums etc.
my Hub score is ok but my Huber score is going down day by day and i don't know what to do..and one thing all the links are showing no follow,why?

write more hubs and make sure they are of good quality. when you write them make sure they are a good length and have some pictures and just write more and more and more. happy hubbing
