What would you consider a decent amount of money? In my case, I would say that I don't. I've made maybe a couple of dollars in about a year, if that is any indication. Of course, I'm not big into salesy writing.

I just started and expect to receive a few amount within six months from now.  For decent amount of money we need to put extra efforts, patience and also need luck.

$40 bucks? How did u do it? Does Ebay pay a comission percentage like Amazon does when someone buys an article, or is it just PPC??

I think there's a dot in front of that 40...making it 40 cents!

It's funny you should ask that question because I just signed up for eBay earlier today.  I'm not expecting to earn much from what I have heard from other hubbers, but it doesn't hurt to give it a try.  I might be pleasantly surprised.

From what I understand, they also use pay per click.  I get an extra 10-15 cents a day from it.  I may be wrong.  It may also be CPM.

No, but it's a lot better than the $0.08 I've made total from Amazon in the past year.  Through the Hubpages adprogram I have been averaging about $2.00 per month passed on views of my Ebay ads.

Is is CPM as well or is it PPC?

I haven´t begun to make money with the Ebay program, but it would be nice to hear from the Ebay oriented hubbers. Surely there are a couple around that write hubs to sell specific products on that platform. You can´t expect to receive much earnings from a poem hub through Ebay. I intent to write some product review hubs related with winter jackets, I have begun with one already. So in a couple of months I´ll come back and leave a comment here.

I have been signed up for eBay ads since I started about 2 months ago. I only had one day so far that I earned any revenue from eBay, and I only earned a few cents...which I am proud of. I have not put a large focus on eBay ads though, so if I put a little more emphasis  on eBay ads I could possibly make much more. I am however seeing progress in the Hubpages ad program. The traffic for one of my Hubs Best Free First Person Shooter Games for PC has just started to pick up a little traffic. The hub is now getting a little over 100 organic views a day which has increased my Ad Program earning by 5 times more than my average per day. I figure if I took the hub and focused it a little more on eBay ads than it would increase the revenue, but I am almost afraid to mess with it. I will keep you updated on my eBay earning progress. Let me know if you have any luck ourself.

I have a lot of hubs related to League of Legends.  They are a good source of traffic and I just started implementing eBay ads on them.  I have seen 2 days that have earned an additional 10-15 cents.  This has pushed me over a dollar a day!
