Well here is a little tip i would like to share with all the hubbers that I been missing in case you been missing it too..
just about 2 weeks ago I started using the twitter tool that hubpages gives you every time you published a hub..
when you published a hub hubpages ask you if you want to tweet your new hub, I did that for one of my hubs and tweet it to my 10k+ followers when I check an hour later it got me 140 hits directly to that hub from twitter..
Never had so many hits in a single hour to my hubs, just wanted to share that..
Hubpages Rocks
Great tool are they all hust page impression or did they give you adsense revenue
Awesome...now lets hear about how you got those 10k followers!
Easy just check my profile page and you will see how I got 10k and i am not sure if those hits earned me some money
twitter is a great tool for me with only 5k followers, id love to have twice the following - is ex-tweet ..your recommended tool?
Oh no...hehe I meant my hubpages profile page I created a website where I teach people to get and use twitter and other sites to its full potential available free to anyone but cannot post links on the forums so just check my HP profile
that is good you got like 1% of your followers to click your linkif you had i guess about 10 that click your adsense link then that would be about right and very profitable
yes 1% its good trust me twitter is filled with so many links this days not a lot of people click any more.. the most I been able to drive is 400 visitors to a website..
It great to get that amount of traffic from twitter, am also using twitter but have not realized tangible result as such but soon I will realized it
I'd still like to know whether it had an impact on your Adsense.
It's well known that you can easily get a big spike of traffic from the likes of Stumbleupon or Entrecard, but it's not paying traffic.
To be honest I did not tracked the results, but on my next hub I will tracked the results with adsense as I can easily drive 100-400 visitors from twitter
lol, why wait for the next hub? I tweet every hub, every day
thanks for the congrats on the earlier thread ..I have a hub up that showed how anybody can automate twitter, unfortunately, twitter has changed their policies and now, automated posting is disallowed ..the services that provided this online can no longer do it and maintain twitter partnerships
so, now i use a desktop system.. a software that isnt free and isnt really suggested to be purchased, it costs around $70
I'm happy for you! You're wonderful news has had me smiling all day. It's refreshing to have joyous news!
Thanks for explaining the automated twitter. I've been using twitter for a while, but haven't taken full advantage of it yet. Why do you not recommend this software?
oh btw, im a follower!
well i guess, i dont recommend it because it was recently disallowed, if anything goes wrong with how the program works or if twitter gets smarter, you could have your twitter account cancelled on you.
I could care less about my twitter account..I use it to broadcast not really to interact..I could just make another one.
Plus the $70 price tag ..yes, its very easy to make that back, but Im not sure if I would be able to do that if I only promoted hub articles
@ Sunforged -- That makes perfect sense. I rarely tweet my personal stuff; generally, its my hubs. But, they've been far and few in between lately
Thanks for taking your time to help me out with this. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
I'll be following you! (no, I'm not a stalker....)

One of my lousy hub, which has an ordinary url that is not quite 100%, and ordinary content has had a very good number of page views. When I first put it up it got 1000s of hits straight away.It was then found that it was not within the TOS here on hubpages, but most likely did not comply in some...

First a disclaimer is in order.I broke the evergreen rule with this approach. I knew it going in and did it anyway. What the hell, sometimes rules are made to be broken. Sometimes a gamble pays off, often it doesn't. I do live in Las Vegas though so it is in my blood! Hubs should be on evergreen...

What 3 things do you think someone w/o a lot of time can do to increase their earnings on Hub pages? What tips do you have for someone to increase their earnings on HP even if they don't have a lot of time to dedicate to writing several new hubs every week or even month?

Why do Hub-bers and Hub-bies not tweet each others posts more?It seems to me that a great way of spreading a great hub is by tweeting - and yet I see so little of it done. Why?

I've had twitter for a while. I find it very spammy, so don't really read it. I post my hubs there & the occasional article I like. I have approx 300 followers (many are writers), yet in my traffic, I have very rarely had a visitor from twitter. Do the backlinks count for...
