What makes CPM go up and down so much?
Is there something to do with my score or how active I am on Hubpages that determines the amount I get paid for CPM.
It all depens on how much advertisers are prepared to pay. It has nothing to do with your Hub score.
On Youtube I earn money from my videos, some CPM are just a few $ upto $150!
Scores are meaningless in the grand scheme of things, and do not effect traffic or earnings.
Sources of traffic, country, amount of clicks etc all decide your CPM.
There are different CPM for Canada then the USA? Is that what you are saying?
More like there are different CPM for India and USA. Ads are only displayed to countries where they are relevant - so in India, different companies.
