Has anyone noticed a sharp decline in page views and earnings in the past two weeks?

No, actually. I had notice a bit of a slump over the summer, but throughout the month of September I've had a sharp increase in page views.
Periodic page-view fluctuation has a lot to do with what kind of hubs your write. I write on a lot on scholarly topics, so it makes sense that my hubs do best during months where many schools and universities are running, for example.

No, quite the opposite in fact. Mine are starting to climb back up after a summer of worry.  I think a lot of the changes that were put into effect are just now starting to have an influence, and I am feeling more optimistic now than I have in awhile.

My views over the last few weeks have been on the up, following a good summer. I think that the changes made here, such as the introduction of Editor's Choice, have really helped and I am looking forward to the winter with quiet optimism.

Not really. Just a couple of days of bad views. Then they pick up again.

Mine have had a slight increase. Not much but better than in past months.

I was averaging between 100-140 views a day, but around 2 weeks ago, I began averaging 10-30 views a day.  It's the weirdest thing!
