   The statstics on my account page haven't moved in 50 hours them seem to be frozen in time. my hubs can't be that bad

      i think others are experiencing the same thing too, I havent really notice mine because I dont monitor it on daily basis, sometimes only

      Mine are today again.  This weekend they went bonkers on the amount of views I had and now my stats haven't moved in like 18 hours.

   It might crack.

   I realized yesterday evening that my stats weren't moving and then came to look for word in the forum.  I have seen multiple threads since, but nothing from HP staff.  Last time this happened was on the weekend, but someone, I think Paul Deeds, let us know what was up.  Anyone heard anything from HP/staff?

      I have not heard a peep. I've been in and out though, so I may have overlooked something.
      Before my stats froze, they were showing wildly high traffic. It was clearly not correct.

         I think a lot of us experienced that unusually high traffic stats before the freeze.  Do you think that was meant to keep us happy until the fix?  LOL  Maybe it was an average we were expected to get for the next several days.  LOL  I'm totally joking here.

               This "re-correction of stats" routine is becoming tiresome and suspicious.  Who's auditing HubPages admin for accountability?  It's hard to get 100% behind a program that only works 80% of the time.

      I emailed HP staff last night asking them to please post a sticky note in the forums, but I haven't seen anything yet unless I missed it.  I'm sure Maddie or someone will check on things soon and let us know something even if it's to say they're looking into it.

   I know, me too.  I had 12 hubs with double reds and tons with single red arrows.  I was quite excited, thinking "finally!".  Then I went to Google Analytics.  *sigh*  Adsense didn't quite report the same.

      No need to panic.  We're all experiencing it.  We've experienced it before when they had to replace a server.  They have back-ups.

   Just fyi...there were posts about this early Friday.  It's not new.  I emailed HP staff over 24 hours ago about it.  I'm sure we'll be hearing from them soon on when to expect it to be up and running again.

          That's about what I saw too.
          Strangely, it was my worst hubs showing the most traffic.
          I don't sweat it much, but this week I've been working real hard to improve my traffic & incoming links so it kinda sucks that I can't see yet if my work had any effect.
          *sigh* long term is what matters anyway, I'm just a slight bit impatient

    The whole site is messed up for me.  There are no headers, no footers, no nothing.  Everything is aligned to the left and  - had a heck of a time finding thee forum to even post in.

    Don't stress too much about your stats in the first place.
    My score was at 89 and then I had some people who didn't like what I had to say in the forums bring my hubs to the attention of admin.
    Suddenly, I had over 2 dozen hubs flagged and pulled off the air for over a week in some cases.
    my hubscore may never be what it should be now.  before all the shit went down I was at 89.
    I don't care either since it doesn't truly reflect anything regarding your writing.
    There are too many other things involved here that truly do not matter.
    Don't stress.  I get paid to write--not advertise--elsewhere so I don't care about anything but having fun here.

       I never wanted to say it, but I can see how this might be so.  Certain admins (I don't think it is all of them - but those active in moderation) are losing my respect completely and I rank in the 90's.

          I KNOW it's true that so many other things influence your score.
          There are people in the 90s who cannot spell, make grammatical erros and in some cases do not even actually include a lot of writing in their hubs.  I can assure you that the score means very little regarding the talent of your writing . . . especially when they somehow "cut you off" whenever your score goes under 75.
          Whatever.  I used to get paid for writing in something called newspapers so this is just fun for me!

             And completely, everything you say about scoring and writing is true...  That is also to say something about the uneven moderation...  Also, what bookflame is talking about - I don't know if it is possible in anything to achieve exponential growth as far as all earning....regardless of what they produce.  Necessarily, some may perhaps need to be lowered a notch.  Not talking of anything specific...just the way things work.

       That's cool, even if an aberration.  I didn’t have record high hub scores, but a freakish 650% increase in number of views to one of my funny tee shirts hubs.

    Hey RM!  In reply to the topic:  yeah, I think Hub Pages was having a heck of a time, yesterday.  It took me 4 tries to get into Dohn's continuing Revenge story.  I thought it might be my computer but then again, the rest of the internet was working just fine for me.  So I think people might have been having trouble getting connected, and that's why the views are down.
    
    Really that tee-shirt hub is hilarious!  I think it's just a really, really, really POPULAR hub, for good reason!

       Thanks Paradise.  We'll see.  I have another funny tees hub almost ready to publish, but I just brought my dog home from the hospital and he, the Spaniel and I are all miserable right now.  I'm trying not to move much or make any noise!  Maybe sedation for everyone!

    Does this normally happen just before Christmas? I would have thought the opposite - spike rather than everything freezing up.
