If you mean, do people use HubPages as a source of information for things they do not know, I would say yes, in the sense that hubpage articles are meant to match Google or other search engine searches for information on various topics. I believe the idea is to anticipate what subjects might be searched, providing answers to these subjects as authors of relating hubs.
i enjoy reading people perspectives here, and really enjoying debating with people here for the most part. hubpages is the last place i would use for a source of reliable info though. there is most likely very few experts here on anything, including me.
