      hate seeing that!  My eyes saw today sunbeams coming down through the bay trees onto the rain sparkling ground - beautiful!  like a religious picture - and the air so fresh! feeling very lucky . . .

    You can easily do the vegan thing when cooking meat for another just don't eat the meat. Cook an extra portion of veggies for you or make a large salad that kind of thing.

          Since the last time I went out about 9 months ago and no not preggers way to old for that and don't have the equip anymore. Last time I went out and had a good time, lol, um sometime around '05

    If you think you will cave, start by cutting all red meat. Only eat chicken or fish, then slowly cut those out too. You will be surprised how much you really don't miss it. You can add protein in with eggs, cheese and the like or go tofu.

       Yep - I'm gonna try.  I might convince the guy I eat with to reduce his intake too.   But it will have to be after New Year's because there are too many visitors coming with meat! well, possibly, with meat.  ha

          Just skip those dishes and go for the veggies. Make sure you eat a salad before hand so you aren't tempted.
